We are a boutique atelier based in Tuscany - Italy, specialising in the production of bespoke leather jackets and outerwear, serving discerning brands, multi-brand stores, and bespoke tailors who demand excellence from cut to finish.

How does it work
Clothes should move with you, not against you. Our made-to-measure service turns the clients preferences, proportions, and lifestyle into a garment he’ll reach for every season.
First step
Define the model of the preferred outerwear garment.
You can start from our models and tweak the details or we can develop any outerwear garment from scratch.
What you’ll do: individualise the model.
What you’ll get: a sample of the model(s) you’ve chosen to present.
Second Step
Measure up your client in a simple yet personal way.
Beyond chest/waist numbers, we read posture, shoulder slope and arm pitch. These details shape the personal pattern.
What you’ll do: measure up the client according to our fixed lay-out.
What you’ll get: a pattern cut to your proportions, not a generic size.
Third step
Choose the fabric of your personal preference.
From storm-ready technical wools to buttery leathers and cashmeres, we stock fabrics that match the excellence of fine outerwear.
What you’ll do: individualise the inner & outer fabric model.
What you’ll get: a set of sample swatches.
Fourth step
Transmission of your order in the way you desire
You can pass the model, fabric and trim choice together with measurements in a way that is convenient for you.
What you’ll do: flip over the information.
What we’ll do: file your pattern so we keep it on record
Fifth step
Make & Finish of the magical outerwear that earns its place in your wardrobe
Your artefact is crafted by experienced Tuscan hands. Each cut, each stitch, each trim is taken care of in detail.
What you’ll do: dream about how you’ll use your new artefact.
What you’ll get: regular updates about the production evolution
Final step
Final and rigorous quality control before handing over with love.
We check drape and details one last time. If a minor tweak is needed, we handle it promptly.
What you’ll do: check if we keep our lead time promises* and try it on.
What you’ll get: your finished coat, ready for real life.
